These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of transport services by SMATX Limited in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

1. Services are provided strictly on a pre-agreed basis and subject to operational capacity.
2. Pricing is based on agreed controlled-hour or contractual rates. Waiting time and cancellation charges apply.
3. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure goods are lawful and safe for transport.
4. Liability is limited in accordance with applicable UK transport law.
5. SMATX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for breach or non-payment.

SMATX Limited – Driver Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to employed or directly engaged drivers.

1. Drivers must comply with all road traffic laws and SMATX operational rules.
2. Vehicles must be operated safely and incidents reported immediately.
3. Confidentiality and professional conduct are mandatory.
4. Breach may result in immediate termination.

SMATX Limited – Partner Driver (Owner-Driver) Terms & Conditions

Partner Drivers are independent contractors.

1. Partner Drivers must provide a roadworthy, commercially suitable vehicle.
2. Mandatory insurance: Hire & Reward, Goods in Transit, and valid MOT.
3. Compliance with all UK transport, tax, and licensing laws is required.
4. SMATX may terminate immediately for insurance lapse or unreliability.
